Set the temperature scale to 78 degrees, and you have the right water temperature for Sparging.
Perfect in size for those who brew from 25 to 50 liters, brew, or need 5 to 30 liters of sparge water.
Heat control is controlled via push buttons with fixed settings for 500 watts, 1900 watts. When both buttons are activated at the same time = 2400 watts.
Produced in high-gloss stainless steel (304) steel. With liter and gallon intervals in the boiler (accuracy: +/- 1 liter).
